Matching Pre-prohibition set. Neither is common but I have seen more of the Sierra trays than the Royal. The inlay of the tray is the same, note the Sierra bucket in the Royal tray.

Re: Reno Brewing Co
Other RBC trays that I've encountered.
There is a RBC stock tray similar to the Acme shown. Biggest difference is that it was oval. It used to be on the wall of the Liberty Belle Saloon in Reno but disappeared before the auction. No idea where it is today.

Re: Reno Brewing Co
It was a factory scene tin sign. There has been several show up in the last couple of years. Price is down about 1/2 but still out of my range, final was $4770. I have to do with a facsimile from a Liberty Belle calendar.

Re: Reno Brewing Co
One of the unique items I have from Reno is this ashtray on a spur. The bowl is 3 3/4". Don't know if they came with a strap, I've never seen one with them. I have two of them in about the same condition. The label facsimile design would indicate the were made in the early 50s.

Re: Reno Brewing Co
This just popped up on Ebay. Has more information than I had
https://www.ebay.com/itm/SIERRA-BEER-RE ... 6016.l4276
..is an unusual vintage used Sierra Beer, Reno, NV copper beer coaster mounted on an M-1911 WW1 US Army Cavalry Spur... Sierra label/decal looks like a 1940s model... spur is stamped "US AB" for the maker/US Army contractor, August Buerman...
Got to thinking that the link would disappear and the info with it so here is the relevant information. He says it's a coaster and I thought an ashtray but neither really seems to fit. Maybe it was just an advertising piece. We also disagree on the date of the label but the stripes make it a 50s model.
late 40s on the left and early 50s on the right

Re: Reno Brewing Co
Got this recently off Ebay. I believe it to be the film for a TOC sign, measures 11" x 6". There is some minor crazing on the paint so it may be a reject for the TOC. I dont know how a TOC is made but there is an existing one with this image. I had it framed and think I'll display it with the can and bottle to the sides.
I should add that this dates to 1940 when Sierra was first canned. Prior to then Sierra was in bottles while Royal was in cans.
