Late 1800’s Mass Breweries Co & Harvard Brewing Co Advertisement

Need some help trying to figure out a mystery as to the origin of below advertisements. Just picked up the below very cool 2-sided advertisement for both Massachusetts Breweries Company & Harvard Brewing Co? I would guess that it is pre-prohibition based on the fact that the Mass Breweries Co ceased to exist in the mid-1890’s and the Harvard ad says it’s a “America’s Health Beverage” and “Sold on Dining Cars and Steamships...”. I got it from a guy who bought a collection of a bunch of Lowell Mass advertisements (not just beer) from a family in Lowell whose Dad collected. He said it was definitely not a reproduction based on the paper used. The paper smells musty so I know it’s not newer. I’m guessing it came along with some type of Mass brewery trade show documents as they are 2 different Mass breweries and it doesn’t appear to have been cut out of a magazine? Has anybody ever see this or a similar example? Thanks!
