Without posterboards in the elevator lobbies you aren't steered towards any rooms. I've heard that there is a "Rolodex" list of rooms on the BCCA Facebook page of attendees who want members to stop by.

NEWSFLASH: not everyone is on Facebook.

Last night I suggested to Keith Kershner that the BCCA email blast this Rolodex list to all CANvention attendees since they know who has registered for this weekend. I was told that "this information is sensitive & we don't want to upset the Marriott by releasing it".
