Two quick notes:

Rooms - More information will follow regarding your existing hotel reservations.

Registration - Plan is to shred the checks and registration forms. Please contact Kevin at the BCCA office if you prefer to have your check returned rather than shredded.

Thanks to all that have been working on this problem and did their best to minimize the financial obligations to the BCCA.

One thing I want to clarify before I act: it was not addressed in the email which it probably should have be explicitly mentioned: should we now go ahead and cancel our hotel reservations now--or is it still best that we wait for a bit?
Please wait. The CANvention committee is working with the hotel to lock in the rooms for next year. Not sure how that plan will work but please give them a little time to work out the details. We'll make sure you can conduct any actions in plenty of time and not be charged.

Any possibility of just transferring our current reservation to 2021?

News at last. Agreed right decision made and club came out okay. 12 month postponement is all. More time to acquire killer cans to bring. Thanks to all who were able to keep the big one happening albeit slightly delayed.

An absolutely necessary decision. Hopefully things go well and we are able to have a great canvention 50 in 2021!

Thanks to everyone for the hard work and the hard call. Certainly the right decision and I'm glad nobody got dinged for it. I'm glad it'll stay in St Louis and I look forward to an even better Canvention in 2021!
