Anyone else ever wonder?? Now is your chance to find out.

I picked up four of these paper label United Air Brew 747 cans.
I have an empty one in my collection. I was told there were tshirts inside. Only one feels like a tshirt. The rest you can shake and hear something smaller.
All have something in them. I am guessing they gave these away with prizes in them or something. One has the top cracked open around the edges but not enough to see what is inside.
$10 each plus shipping.

I grabbed one too at one point, thinking it might be part of the beer can't revolution.....but there was never a beer with that label, so it's just sitting in my stockpile. Would also love to know what's inside.

As to shaking it around and hearing things, the cans with 6 handkerchiefs tend to do that as they get older.....the handkerchiefs will bounce back and forth and sound like tennis balls or something.

Most paper label side collections have one. I have had several in collections... all empty. Met someone at a show once said he got a tshirt from hawaii. Size was not complimentary for the average beer can collectors.
3 of the cans have different smaller items. The weights are all different.
The true pig in a poke! Or would you put it in the collection unopened? Hmmmm.

I was hoping to sell all four to different collectors and see what each one did.... open them or leave them in their collections unopened.
kind of a test to see how long before they opened it.
$10 each plus shipping.

Blitz Weinhard did a promotion for Schludweiler Beer back in the late 70's. It was a mythical beer produced by the California-Eastern Brewing Company and the gist was buy local. The commercials were great with one having a couple state troopers refusing their semi truck entry into Oregon. "Where you boys goin' with all that beer?" Anyhow they made up some cans similar to those that had T-Shirts inside. I got a couple "full" ones a few years back and opened them. With one the shirt fell apart into tatters as soon as it came out of the can. You would think polyester would last as long as a twinkie. The other one was intact but way too small. It fits my fairly petite wife well and she has proudly worn it at several Canventions.

So if you do open one and there is a T-shirt inside, it may come out in little pieces and it's definitely not going to fit any beer collector weighing over 125 lbs.

Got an opened one in a collection again. It contained several sheets listing tourist attractions on the different islands plus an itinerary to fill out. MarkB

Here are the sheets.
