Point of Sale Piece

I picked this up at a Kentucky antique store on the way home from a Canvention some years back, I've watched for another at the shows we've attended since I brought it home, once I saw a beaten up one missing the cord and the hand.
I've recently done a few quick search's of the WWW and there's few different adds dating from the mid 60's pictured for the promotion but no pictures of this actual cardboard piece.
Would anyone know what the relative rarity of this point of sale item would be.
