Anyone ever find anything under one of these?

I haven't tried too hard yet, but the top layer comes right off, what looks to be an olive drab green is under the top layer, it also comes off quite easy, so before I proceed I thought I should ask the experts.... ;)

I tried rubbing one of those like 10+ years ago & I think it was a blank Dud under it. Yours aint looking so good either. LEON.
