How long does it take to rub-out a can? Looks like fun - like cleaning mysteries - never knowing what you're going to get - like Christmas...

What's the story about Norvic? I'm still a semi-amateur, but I thought I knew all the MA brands. What's the story behind Regional Brewing?

Here's a Norvic flat with an upside down Harvard Beer showing through the thin coat of paint. I got the can this way and haven't done anything with it.

Jon, Regional Brewing was an a.k.a. of Hampden-Harvard. Not sure, but I think Norvic was a house brand of a liquor store in New York or New Jersey or a distributor in Pennsylvania.

How do you know that a can may be a paintover? What are th clues? Does a can have to be less than perfect for you to see that it is a rub out?
