43rd Annual Kansas Kolossal Kan Kaper
Anyone else from here going to The Kansas Kolossal Kan Kaper this weekend in Salina, Kansas? This will be my first time attending this show. I don't think I'll be bringing any cans (haven't quite decided), but hope to bring home some.

Sounds fun. I can’t make it but I’m always up for sodas or soda signs and Maryland cans. If you see any, shoot me a text 423-773-3881. I often buy items this way. Thanks!
Interested in all flat and Cone Soda and Water cans.

I'll do that!
Looking forward to seeing you both! I'm definitely not adverse to rust. I'll have to see what I can add to my collection.

Re: 43rd Annual Kansas Kolossal Kan Kaper
First I have to apologize for not getting any real pictures of the event. I took a couple and then got wrapped up in cans and everything else. I know of a bunch of great pictures on Facebook, so I'll see what I can do to get permission to post them here.
Friday they had hospitality outside. It was hot, but there was a good breeze, although it felt like a blast furnace. 99° is better than the 105° that had been predicted for Friday earlier in the week. Rain came in overnight and cooled things down a bit, but it was still soak your shirt with humid. It sprinkled early in the day, was mostly sunny the rest of the day, and we were done when it started raining. I had to be back home, so didn't stick around for the evening activities.
Got to meet baartz, CMD, and Mark Rollert. If there were other RBers that I met, I didn't know it.
Picked up quite a few cans as well as a Muehlebach tray:
Most of what I got:
along with some cones and a Crowntainer:
Some Schmidt pints that I didn't get into the main photo:
Several Kansas City Schiltz, mostly all different, that are getting within 10 miles of their birthplace:
And four cans I picked up from the Scott Rollert Collection (the two Schlitz were also in the KC picture):
Overall I had a great time, met some great people, got to see some friends, and made some great additions to my collection!

Hey Dammit Jim! You got some of the cans from me, 12 oz. Schmidt cans, the 16 oz Schmidt drafts, 3 cones and the crowntainer. I didn't mention to you that I am a Rusty Bunch member but I am glad you picked up the cans! Enjoy and Thanks! Tom Clark #48.

It was good to meet you. I got a few more cans than that from you, but I don't remember specifically which ones at this point.
