These are not all that uncommon. Lately there has been a number of them available in several different auctions too. That said, I like this one because the statement is very clear. I have been looking for one that reads that clear. I have two of them now, and saw another couple recently and none of them were as clear to read as yours. I have another comment, that is more of an opinion, it seems that some of these I see, collectors have attempted to remove the statement as they do not see it as collectable. I do however, as crowntainers are my thing. Nice can.

I've had a Fox Deluxe quart with a 3.2 statement rubber stamped. I think they did when cones went to a state with different laws than normal distribution.
looking for dumper series cans will buy or trade. Also cans with Iowa lids and tax stamps
