I saw this at a local antique store but did not buy it due to the poor condition. It is the same size as a stack of six packs and has a base that may have rotated. Maybe it hung from the ceiling? Or it could be on upside down. I could not find any markings on it for Atlanta or Cleveland. I just wondered if anyone has this item in better condition.

This sounds right. Maybe it was a display at a party store. Maybe it hung outside on the corner of the store.
How much did it cost?

If my collection focused on Black Label, I think that price would be tempting to me. I wonder if those labels would clean up a bit.
