WOW! Did Dave ever have an assortment of extremely RARE cans. One of the best quart collection’s I have ever seen. Hope Dan clean’s up for Dave’s wife Robin!

Some sick oxidized unobtainium in there... I'll be rolling my coins and running to the scrapyard before 6 March. I actually kind of love collections that have rusty nuggets right next to the clean cans- that's someone who flat out loves cans, period! Hopefully there'll be some more affordable stuff coming to Spring Thaw.
Better to drive 950 miles and kick asz than go a thousand miles and get nothing.

Terrible way to of finally seen his collection , I know he liked his hometown Cleve stuff, and his other hometown NE stuff and made some good noise when he got back into the game with some pretty nice dumps .. think I’ll shoot for the Tomahawk , may have been my old can actually ,
Which i got in Ron greenblatts famous BG sale $25!! that Trommers Bock OI looks familiar and glad it was enjoyed .. does anyone know if some collection cans are being saved ? I’m in no ways chasing them , just figure there’s gotta be decent Kent and the Tally Ho from his kid days dumping that led us to our trip a few years back and Dave got the honey hole of LP Habrles cones that we shared and enjoyed along with those super nice Iro HP birch cones as well .. just curious that’s all

Really curious to see how the rusty versions of last auctions big hitters do here??

btw- a thumb nail of cans in an eBay search email came with a Lone Star in it- Even after opening and seeing it I had to go back and see the small pic. You would swear it was a Rosalie. Heart has stopped racing now.
Interested in breweriana with Native American images or language of all kinds.

Does anyone else feel kind of sentimental when viewing the Dave Reid collection, had not seen him since the national show in New Mexico a few years ago. Feel a little emotional bidding on his cans but will do my best to make sure the Yankee Trader does not go cheap.

The family kept some cans just to remember him by and keep up at his Jim Pond (Maine) cabin. There is also another half of his cans will be liquidated elsewhere.

Kinda makes you wonder the ultimate fate of the stuff you spent years acquiring.
