There seems to have been a double fund of some really nice unrolled sheets.

Anybody know anything?

Wisconsin collector plus anything else that's cool looking.

His Dad was the VP of advertising for Heileman for quite a few years. He was the first guy to amass a million flying miles...between LaCrosse and Chicago. He came to a show held in the parking lot of Summit brewing in 2015 or so,and set out a bunch of beer stuff with his girls onto the pavement. Among them were some Schmidt scenic test cans and some cool stuff.

I followed up and saw his 3 inch stack of can body blanks that he had stashed in a garage cabinet. I pulled the "winners" from the stack-about 12-15 older flats and one monk conetop. I tried hard over the years to buy them.

Friday I got the email "I've emailed all that have expressed interest in these cans. You have one offer to submit. They will be sold at the end of the day"

It went over my head,so I deferred the lead to my friend,Dan Baker. He won them,in a CLOSE bidding flurry, and they are being mailed today.

If I can't win,at least a friend should. We all win-the seller, buyer and I picked a Blatz test flat from the pile for my "middleman" duties.
