Are the On-Line Auction High Prices Good For the Hobby???

Let's run a poll and see what collectors REALLY think about the high prices that are being realized at the On-Line auctions.

This will be a blind poll so no one will be able to see what your vote is. Please take the time and vote.

No Lobbying for or against please! Do not make any replies/comments to this thread. If a comment is made in the first week I will delete it. After the week is up (on January 25th) you will be able to comment at that time.

Sorry Beamer, I deleted your post, I asked for no comments for a week. Feel free to comment after the 25th.

I really don't want anyone's opinions swayed one way or the other.

Sellers are happy with the higher prices, buyers (like me) are happy with the lower prices. Unfortunately, too many of the sellers are the estates of former collectors or are done in that anticipation.

What is is what is. Not sure much can be done about it. I will continue to go to every show I can within about 300 miles and the larger shows That gets me about 20 shows a year.

Thanx.
