Continental Can Co. Plants Update

Thanks to @Mizmo64 Tommy's source and a few recent ones I found, I was able to really plug some holes in this Continental Can Co Plant roster.

A real share Scott Rollert wasn't here to enjoy seeing it.

I'll do my best to honor his legacy and with the help of @aussieguinnessman Keith and many fellow RBers, hope to keep filling the holes.

All the ones in bold red are new adds. There are a few with obvious duplicate numbers so still have to work and refine some of the information.
