CanV Table Volunteers Needed..

The Chapter looks forward to seeing each and everybody at this amazing event.....we hope you are able to volunteer and help work at the Chapter table during the CANvention. Here are the dates and times available. The goal is to have two people at all times at the table with the task of drafting new members, updating current members that owes dues, sell raffle tickets, sell t-shirts and ball caps, and offer chances to win cans at the punchboards.

All volunteers names will be placed into a drawing for each time they volunteer and we assure you that a great can will be awarded !

August 19th - Thursday

Only 7 more shifts to fill. Thursday is filled up and 3 slots available of Friday and Saturday each. Almost there!

I would like to get some people who aren't signed up yet to volunteer before the same supportive people take additional shifts because nobody else would.

THANK YOU to everyone for stepping up. It is refreshing to not have to pull teeth to get people to donate their time for a change. It is appreciated...

Freshly minted member here-- this is in fact my first post to the forum (hi!).

This will also be my first CANvention, and I'm super-excited to finally be attending one.

If you think a newbie like myself can do the job (especially if paired up with someone who knows what they're doing), please sign me up for a shift or two. I would love the opportunity to meet people and help out! I could do any of the shifts after the 12-1 shift on Thursday.

Welcome aboard!!! Come on down to the table at anytime. Just introduce yourself. There will be probably at least 5 RB guys around the table most of the time. Make sure you com to the RB meeting and then to the Presidential suite for pizza afterwards...
