Looks like drought conditions continue to impact the recreational waterways of California. The latest being Folsom Lake. Although not that old being built in 1955, Folsom Lake could have some good stuff for the likes of @Rusty Jonesin

Looks tempting. I would be careful in California though. You would probably need a dumping permit from the state along with a refuge permit only allowing you to disturb the soil with a fork size tool or smaller. California has some freaky environmental laws. :roll:
