If you do not see your size in one style, look at another. Green Camo comes in 4XL. Gray-Maroon has two long (tall) choices. Several styles even come in small although I do not recall seeing too many people in this beer guzzling hobby that still fit in a small. 
Focus: Cones and flats from Michigan, South Bend, and Fort Wayne. Foreign cans only if I bought them myself in the country of origin.
