Re: Morean Auction - June, 2022
The parking/hiding theory is certainly part of it- driven by people with large amounts of dirty money or those who wish to commit fraud. When two or more of them start playing, they can buy and sell to each other, essentially laundering their profits, just not so quickly as to arouse suspicion. I b...

Re: Morean Auction - June, 2022
I would love to know who is buying all these items. Are they new collectors with deep pockets? Are they just investors looking for a place to park their cash? How many unique buyers are contributing to this insanity? What do they see that the rest of us are missing? And most importantly, can I pleas...

Would be interesting to know who is bidding in Dan's auctions. That could help answer the 'why' question when things do not make sense on the surface.

Yep, that is the transition Heidelberg can and placed chronologically correctly. Maybe as many as 50 of them recovered from the wind tunnel find.

The can on the left is a tough transition label. We found about 20-30 of these in the Boeing Wind Tunnel find. These came from that find.

That can was missed in the inventory. @Scott Field has an original (filled) one as do others. I'm sure this transition can was just overlooked, but it does not get much love.

Thank You for your service Keith Kerschner
I just wanted to say Thank You to Keith for this past year as BCCA President. You have moved the BCCA ahead on technology and raised the bar on communications. Even in the year of Pandemic you were able to attend many in person shows and lead the organization.
Job well done.

The HQ Rainier Ale's from this era are not too tough. That said, I have two different zip tabs and a pull tab, but not this fan tab.

Re: Jeff Lebo and CanSmart auctions
I saw something from Eric about abruptly having to change the auction service. He was able to get all the auction data, but has to do everything else manually. He was asking for understanding to get through this. Hopefully Eric will see and can clarify. ISn't he Tavern Trove? Is that and CanSmart r...

Re: So You Like Zip Tops...
Missing from this zip search, as well as the supplement, are the Esslinger Parti-Quiz, Rainier Jubilees, Schmidt Scenics. I would like to see them in the supplement. With 6 designs and ~15 colors, there are potentially 90 12oz Jubilees and another 90 half quart ones - not including different zip to...
