Both are IRTP and MT 4-1/2%. cant tell the difference from the pics provided in the book.

USBC 153-20/22 (White lettering)
USBC 153-20/22 (White lettering) come with the "Patents Applied for" above and below "Cap-Sealed". The "below" variation is the earliest.
USBC 153-17/19 come with and without the 1938 copy write date. Without is the latest variation.

Please note that the pictures in the digital supplement have colors that are closer to the original as well. The reds and blues are less dark.
