Need HELP finding replacement bulb for Burger sign

#1

Post by ATL_Golfer_Mike » Sat Nov 03, 2018 11:26 am

I have an old Burger beer light that has a 9" 6w flourescent bulb

The bulb I'm trying to replace is a "Ken-Rad" cool white 6 w

I bought a GE F6T5 and the diameter is just a LITTLE bit too big (there is a piece in the beer light that fits around the bulb

Maybe the diameter needs to be more like .5 instead of .6?... .. any suggestions for this?..

email me mike@geronimo.com Thanks!

Mike

I meant to do some Google searching over the weekend but never got to it. It seems like there must be somebody on the Internet who has the size you need.
Focus: Cones and flats from Michigan, South Bend, and Fort Wayne. Foreign cans only if I bought them myself in the country of origin.

I sometimes replace flourescent bulbs with LED lights that you can buy at Walmart and Home Depot. Not sure if you
want to stray away from an original, just a thought.

I just did a quick google search and found several bulbs with your same number but with a / and some letters after it. Can't seem to find the bulb diameters though.

https://www.amazon.com/Pack-F6T5-Fluore ... 9NLTCN7ODX

https://www.amazon.com/6-Watt-Linear-Fl ... scent+bulb

maybe research those two and see if you can find the dimensions?
