Air show nearby? Air Force base?
Focus: Cones and flats from Michigan, South Bend, and Fort Wayne. Foreign cans only if I bought them myself in the country of origin.

Air Force Academy, Schriever AFB, Petersen Field. Lots of cool planes going by. I try to get pics when possible. Missed the U2 back in March.

Today's was this KC-10 tanker. Made 6 passes overhead before heading south.

On the way home from the hospital in Ann Arbor today, we say the Air Force Thunderbirds practicing over Willow Run Airport in Ypsilanti. The annual Thunder Over Michigan Show is this weekend.

The UFO upper right was a bonus
Air Force vs. Navy football game brings out some great aircraft. If you were at the game, the list for the fly by reads like a Taliban bingo game. F-16, A-10, F-22, F-35, B-1, and the Ospreys.

March 19. Today was another B-2 flyover. I got word a B-2 pilot had passed away and the flyover was in his honor at the Air Force Academy.
