I have never seen that particular trophy before, but that brewery used to have tons of employees and departments. There are many awards and acknowledgements out there from the brewery to departments, employees, private individuals and distributors across 30 or so years.
One from the 70's or 80's does not carry as much value as the 40's and 50's. I would guess it's worth $25 or less.
As for the can on the trophy, at one time it was pretty unusual, but in the early 2000's a retired Pearl employee showed up at the Shiner Show with cases upon cases of three or four different can company cans, along with other test cans and Pearl signage still in the box. Now I would guess the can alone is worth about $5 or less.
