Cone Top/Flat Top Pairs
Now that I am specializing in cans with numbers, I've managed to acquire cone top and Flat top cans that are very similar if not identical. One collector I know, Doug Lindner, who I think now lives in Omaha used to specialize in the Cone Top/Flat Top Sets. Below are photos of the pairs I have in my collection. I'd like to see what other collectors have out there. This really makes an interested sub set of a collection.
Looking for Illinois, Missouri and Texas steinie bottles. Looking for US stubby bottles produced between 1936 - 1941. Looking for ACL beer bottles. looking for St Louis area cans and certain Chicago area flat top cans. Holy Grail bottles are Old Albuquerque stubby from Albuquerque, Wagner Beer steinie(1937) from Granite City, Ill. and Goldcrest 51 steinie, Schepps Stubby, White Rose Stubby both from Dallas

Re: Cone Top/Flat Top Pairs
Not exactly following the rules 100%. I like the quart cone and either flat top or 12oz cone counterpart. Another way to enjoy the cans.

I was taking some pictures for the advertising section and these were some handy ones in my garage. Not all cone/flat pairs, but pairs! The Bud 16oz came off the RB board! -Mike

Brad, nice score on the Dixie HP IRTP can. I missed the end of that one. Would have upgraded me ...... I feared a bidding war with you, and thought you got it for a very good price

Re: Cone Top/Flat Top Pairs
I don't have many flats anymore. This is about all I have to offer, and they're not really a pair in the same sense as most of the stuff shown so far.

Re: Cone Top/Flat Top Pairs
I dont have a lot of cones but this is my favorite set.
All I need is a Gold Crystal Rock and a Waldorf Golden Bock. That should be easy.

Re: Cone Top/Flat Top Pairs
Not cone/flat, but my all-time favorite pair nonetheless. Ironically, these are also some of the stupidest labels in existence: they didn't even bother using BEER on the fronts of the cans!

Re: Cone Top/Flat Top Pairs
Hi all, I thought I would revive this old thread instead of starting a new one. I have added a couple additions of the same label in 12 oz and 32 oz to the collection and wanted to see if any others have as well.
Thanks,

Just realized that I have another pair I did not notice earlier.
Got the quart at the "Feeding Frenzy" at the Canvention in Covington. Got the crowntainier off eBay years ago.
