Next Good Guys Auction

#1

Post by MI-Cans »

With no shows to attend, the auctions generate interest and are entertaining. Here's the next Good Guys offering. When link becomes available, I (or someone else) will post here.

Bob is a collector from Rockford, IL. His primary focus was OI cans and more recently cones. He has sold off parts of his collection a couple of times over the years. We will be auctioning his remaining collection over the next few months along with other stuff. Mostly great condition cans.

Thanks, Tom. Knowing what's available ahead of time is helpful . . . it will now be more difficult to sell me a good can in the next couple weeks.

Yeah thanks for putting the preview out there, it does help to plan on what to target. Was hoping to see what Jeff Lebo had out there before last weeks auction.

Just tuned in, was $1100 a good price on the Atlas Prager mentioned here? $2800 for the Better Buy low pro, wow, sort of like the Morean auctions some of the clean stuff that I am familiar with getting big prices here.

Overall, I thought prices were quite reasonable, only picked up a senate draft zip tab for $400, which seemed reasonable. I thought the cans in the 2-5 hundred dollar range held many bargains. Overall, a better opportunity to get quality cans at a better price than Dan M's Just my two cents.
