Hi everyone, here's the update: I'm expecting the guide back from the publisher in 2-3 weeks. I'm going to start accepting orders (PP friends would be appreciated). Shipping via media mail will be $3 for a total of $68. Cover price after the pre-sale will be $74.95. The guide is 328 pages with 322 color pages.
