Happened to run across this 1888 article related to a brewer selling gallon tin cans of beer...the first real beer can???

Looked up a number of 1880s era ice cream cans on Ebay. If he slapped a label on those cans I think its gotta count. I think it would count without a label but say you managed to find one you might not know it was a beer can..hmmm
Interested in breweriana with Native American images or language of all kinds.

I have a 100 year old gallon can from Henry Weinhard's Brewing Company (Portland, OR) but unfortunately it is marshmallow sauce. :lol:
