Re: Very Sad News
Yeah - this gutted me when I heard about it. A great guy, and I must have traded hundreds of cans with him back in the days when we both collected currents and then craft cans.

Never got a chance to meet him but definitely bought a lot of cans from him through eBay. Always seemed like a super nice guy. He will certainly be missed.

Re: Very Sad News
Here's the tragedy. He died of carbon monoxide poisoning in his own home from a faulty heater.
68 years young. I will miss him. He found me the goat head that hangs on my wall to this day.
Please, everyone, if you have a kerosene heater, or any other system that could produce the same result, check it out to confirm it works correctly.
We want to see you at the next show!

Re: Very Sad News
That is very sad. Anyone with gas appliances should have a carbon monoxide detector in the home. Could save your life.

Re: Very Sad News
It was a shock to me I just saw him at an estate sale near WilkesBarre I stood in line chatted with him . I invited him along to go deer hunting a couple yrs since he lived in town and I’m in country. He kept the Octoberfest show going in W Barre for yrs. He really liked collecting tap knobs I was fortunate to see his collection .He’ll be missed really good guy.

I am saddened to hear this news. Jerry was a fixture at Blue Gray for years. Rest in Peace.
