Best year so far
Well, it’s that time of year to hang up the shovel and get the annual group pic of my yearly dumpers. I made it look easy. I dumped during an ice storm, through snow, during thunderstorms, 98 degree summer days, days after a tornado and finally cool fall weather.
Easily my best year on record, with the best age and condition I’ve found, not to mention variety and quantity. Tons of much needed upgrades as well as cans I’ve always wanted to dump. Old bohemian, white Meister brau, and bantam ale are a few.
My 1935 pit will one of the highlights of my dumping career. Most likely the oldest cans dumped in the state of Michigan. Parent pending long openers and FBIR are fun to find that’s for sure!
I did notice that some people that were so quick to constantly criticize me a few years ago during my dry spell didn’t seem to care when I struck it twice this year. Kinda figured it’d end up that way.
My drive to find cans have never been higher. I can’t wait for 2019.
See y’all in Fort Wayne.

Re: Best year so far
While I have never been dumping and have no immediate desire to do so, I always wish those who do the best of luck. I mostly enjoy the stories and love seeing the rare gems glowing in the light of day once more. Looks like you had an all-pro type of year. Congrats!
While the Milwaukee Club turned other heads, my eyes went straight to that Black Label Bock. I don't claim to know much but I know that can is no joke.

Re: Best year so far
Thanks! I love the in ground pictures people post. And I always expected to find the white bock from Frankenmuth before this one. If I’m lucky I’ll add both to the wall.Wrestling Nut wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 12:49 am While I have never been dumping and have no immediate desire to do so, I always wish those who do the best of luck.
