The other day I ran across Stag beer at the local watering hole. I hadn't seen Stag beer in many years and picked up a 12 pack just for the heck of it. Did they just recently release this or did I just miss it? When we lived in AR my dad would buy 2-3 cases of Stag (and Coors) and take it to my Grandpa up in IN when we would go to visit. Dad always said he was pretty sure that Stag beer is what rat piss tasted like but my grandpa loved the stuff. I'm not much of a beer drinker but seeing this sure brought back some good memories.

Re: Stag beer
I know from traveling to beer shows and college football games that Stag has been available in both Arkansas and Missouri for the last 15 years at least. However, they stopped producing long necks about 7 or 8 years ago.

Re: Stag beer
I got this can from BCCA member Greg Lenaghan last year, and he said Stag has been around central Illinois for like forever.
