I fondly remember downing Stroh's 16 oz bottles (pounders) back in the day, used to buy them by the case - foggy times indeed! Thanks for sharing this awesome find! :smt025

Are these 12 oz Steinies?

I remember drinking fire brewed Strohs in Peoria, Illinois back in 1974.

Where is it sold today?

All of Michigan so far, or at least most of it. I saw a six pack of it a few weeks ago. If I could buy it I would.

The current swill is easy to get in Chicagoland - a 30 pack goes for $15.99 at the area's dominant liquor store chain.

I believe the cans are American Lager brewed in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Bottles are the Bohemian Style Pilsner brewed in Detroit.
