Uncle Jakes Soda Can
I brought these soda cans at the garage sale a month ago. It Flat Top but it say calories reduced. I look it up in Tanner Soda Guide book 2nd edition, but notice it not in there. It could be in the 3 rd edition.? . Can anyone clarified the year they made this can? I'm thinking it in the middle of 1970's . Any value ?

Re: Uncle Jakes Soda Can
Canadacan,
Thank for the input. I overlooked in the book. The only thing I'm concerned about . On the second photo , You will see the icon symbol , "Fight Litter". I don't think it came out in 1965 ?

Well I did notice that fight Litter symbol and it threw me off a bit... I assumed that logo was somewhere in the 1968-72 range. Are those lids grey?...they look grey in the photo, if so they are no earlier than 67. BTW in Canada we had the same or similar logo on our cans for litter, it must have been short lived because I only have one late 60's early 70's can with it.

Re: Uncle Jakes Soda Can
Canadacan,
Well, I don't know if they are gray lid as you mention about. It would be nice if show your grey lid. Here is a new photo of the top and bottom lid. I hope this hope the age of the can. It could be the early 70's ?? as I recall see those on Holiday soda can.
