I ordered the BMV thumb drive on Jun 24th and have yet to receive anything. Does anyone know who the contact is for the BMV? It lists Randy Karaseks address, but he is not a BCCA member. Is he still in charge of this??? Thanks in advance for any help...…………….. Kip R.

@GimmeGipps Did you try downloading the program? It won't take long. Once installed and working, run the update feature. There's a ton of data, so depending on your download speed, that could take a while.

I no longer produce the DVD/thumb drives as well as no longer receive the @mbcinfo.com email. I have refunded your Paypal payment and will try to pull down the order page later tonight. I do continue to pay for the website on which you can download the gigabytes of information for free.
