Easily finding stuff on the rusty bunch web site

#1

Post by conesplus »

All I want to do is find the current rusty bunch roster, and list some stuff in the advertisement section.
That should not be difficult, so why is it?
I am not a computer guru. Never claimed to be.
I am a rb member, and have been since about 1993.

I understand that running this site must take a lot of work.
I don't post much because we have enough guys complaining already.
I don't live on this site.
What I don't understand is why it has to be so complicated to find what you are looking for??
IE:
-the current roster
-How to use the advertisement section to list things to sell.
-Why should I have to be part of some user group in order to get to these things?
-There used to be a tutorial on how to upload pics and list stuff in the advertise section, where did that go?

Sorry to be a whiner, but I would really like an answer.
Respectfully, Neil Kanetzke

Happy Thanksgiving, Neil! Glad to see you online here.

I think your email hits on a several important issues, with the main one being that this site is now so big that we probably need a "SITE MAP". Not sure how much is entailed in creating that but it sure would make things easier.

For the roster you can go here: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=6617
You must be signed in as a member to have access to that.

For the advertise forum all you have to do is sign in (members and non-members) to post a message here: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=6617

You can get to both of these directly by clicking the links above. The roster and other Member's Only items are found in the Members Forum - again, you must be logged in as a member to have access. The advertise forum is listed like the rest of the forums ... just click it ... and then click "New Topic" to post your message.

Let me know if I can help with anything else at all.
