mini-beer can muskie lures

A friend of mine has some aluminum 2” mini-cans from China that are water filled for some reason, they looked perfect for making a throwback Heddon BigBud- call it the BiggerBud.
It’s frigid here, looking forward to Spring- first time ever I have not been out on the last day of the open gamefish season. Ziphippie
