beer can tachometer
The Schlitz tach was cool but the can itself is a real snoozer.
Special thanks to carsbr549 for retrofitting a custom lid on my green Blatz to accommodate the tach. Finally got it in the car along with vintage NOS Stewart Warner greenline gauges. Ready for spring! Ziphippie Bjorn

Very cool. Take it to Spring Thaw, set it to gage ounces per second (OPS), wire it to the hanger-outers in the RB hospitality room. See who tachs highest.

Re: beer can tachometer
A black Miller would be killer and a nice non IRTP example is relatively cheap at around $50. I’ll keep on the lookout for another Schlitz tach Kams, I’ve seen a couple on the Bay in ten years and one dumper at a car show.
No grade 1/1- Blatz series cans were injured in the construction of this tachy, someone spilled a small amount of what looks like battery acid on the backside of an otherwise really nice can so it was the perfect donor. Ziphippie Bjorn
