It's a pulling truck. Keeps the front down while all the weight from the pulling sled is in the back. Yes, the owner of the black truck is probably a collector but I bet he is smart enough not to take that truck down logging trails. That's what friends trucks are for.

Interesting. A Friend of mine that I Restored his 69 Roadrunner for him, was Friends with Jack Smith. Here's a Picture of Jack Smith sitting in my Buddy's 69 Roadrunner at the Chrysler Museum a few years ago. My Buddy worked at the Museum. LEON.
