What's Missing in the Soda Pop Book

Different canning cities - for example: Can-A-Pops come from Portland, Wyoming and Kansas - are any of those cities rarer than the other? Shastas come from Denver and California as well. It would be nice to see different cities listed (with values) in any future updates for the book. BTW - a great job on the soda book!

Dave is considering doing just that for a possible vol.2 to his guide. See the "some additions to Dave's guide" post. Maybe we can help him come up with a good way of doing this without having to photo each can.
