Shasta Water Co. History

Does anyone have some history of the Shasta Water Co? Wiki has virtually nothing that helps. I am using Dave's fantastic new revision, but the Shasta's are always a little vexing. I would like to know when the Shasta Water Co. was bought by Consolidated and when they moved their operations from San Francisco to Hayward.
Here are the mandatories that I have for the "mountain" cans:
1: Packed and carbonated by the The Shasta Water Co., San Francisco and Seattle (as found on the "Do Not Freeze" set) (National Can Co.)
2: Packed by the S&C Sales Co. Denver, Colorado Under Authority of the Shasta Water Co., San Francisco, California (CCC71)
3: Distributed by Shasta Beverages, San Francisco, California, U.S.A. Set (S420-31)
4: Distributed by Shasta Beverages, A Division of Consolidated Foods Corp. San Francisco, Calif. U.S.A (Sets 26 & 29)
5: SHASTA - Another fine brand from Consolidated Foods. Distributed by Shasta Beverages, Hayward, California, U.S.A. (Set 34)
I am guessing that I have laid them out in chronological order, but that is only a guess without knowing more about the company's history.
