Coca Cola hiding in basement

Post by potters66 »

Cool old machine tucked away in a basement. Have seen many older ones but thought this was interesting with the can on it.

I'm no expert but, when those cans came out they had a machine that had a punch opener built into it, so I'm not sure that panel is from that machine?
The panel is so awesome!!!

I talked with the guy today and he is pretty sure it is all original. Was in a fire department and when he got it they had backed a truck into the front door. He had a local body shop do the repairs.
Any idea of value.... he may want to part with it.

Hey yes I see now that it is all original, looked at a few online...I believe it's a Westinghouse.
I'd only be guessing at the value....but probably no more than $500, just not a sought after model.

The diamond can panel is worth about 1/3 of that $500. Easier to move too.
