Paper Label Green River

#1

Post by willssoda »

Found this in a recently aquired collection. Don’t see it in the book? And I know I’m not going to get rich off it because of that but was wondering why exactly were paper labels made? Also appears to be over a coke can but not 100% on that. Anyone know anything here? Thanks .

Well that's interesting! It appears to be the 1966 label style, It is a pull top right?...but an older style PT?
At this point I can't see that being a common practise....probably far less common than the painted version!

Yeah, that silver one. You sure that’s a Coke under the paper label?- doesn’t quite line up from here. Ziphippie

No I’m not sure. Can’t get the paper to move and don’t want to ruin it.
