Canada Dry Wink- Overlooked USA variation?

I had noticed this 12oz Wink can a while back and at first glance just thought it was a color variation, but this one just says 'improved' vs 'New Improved', also I think the print on the lower front and 12oz on this can is not present on the other two variations in the guide?
Any thoughts on this?
