Soda dumpers cleaned

Post by bantam10 »

Dug most of these right after Canvention and just cleaned them last night. I usually don't keep stuff like this but the condition was too nice to leave behind. Coke was dug in early August and is from 1968. Pepsi the same spot (different pit) and I'm guessing 1970. :smt004

Life just hit me in the teeth - people are now dumping cans I drank as a kid.

Well done.

Can't help wondering if the Nehi cans are from the Happy Days set, or the Faygos are from any of the various sets they put out in the 70's. If so I might be interested--and yes, I remember drinking Nehi Happy Days cans in the 70's too!

The Nehi's are the standard cans but the faygos except the cherry can have some type of set on them. Blue box with a bunch of facts about something on the side. I think I am going to keep them for now but I now know you are looking for those so I will keep my eyes open when in the field
