Photo Gallery of R0 Soda Cans
I am working on a redesign of my website (http://www.collectiblesodacans.com). In the process, I created a web gallery of known R0 cans (1 known example). I am hoping this can emerge as a work in progress, narrowing down the rarity of some of the toughest cans even more. The gallery can be accessed directly at: http://collectiblesodacans.com/Articles/R0/index.htm or via my website. If you have a another example of one of the listed cans, please send me a pic of the front and seam and I will update the site. I have started to add pics of the seams to the guide to more clearly identify variations and specific canners. If possible please shoot pics that align similar to the angles below.
Thanks,
Dave T
Thanks,

Re: Photo Gallery of R0 Soda Cans
Hey Dave - I had dumper examples of the Shasta Low calorie cans - photos are on my website
Also the Tom Moore Root beer I have an example - photo on my website.
I assume the Tease Strawberry is mine??? As I recall I sent you a photo of mine after you published the second addition of your book.
I will have to check to see if I have any of the Shasta's left but I know I have the Tom Moore Root beer which I should be able to get photos of.

Re: Photo Gallery of R0 Soda Cans
I have the Shasta Orange Diet also. I also have the Our Value black cherry, can nock that off the list. I have some of the Tartans on list. I see some I had on list still there & some others gone. Heres a possible R0 I did not see on list or in book? Diet Rite Orange, notice the small flavor letters under printed Orange. I see my Veep seam variation made the list. LEON.

Re: Photo Gallery of R0 Soda Cans
Thanks for the input so far - I updated it tonight. I also updated the non-12oz cans to specify the oz's. There were a few 10oz cans you just wouldn't know were not 12's!
Leon: Thanks! I updated the Our Value. If you can let me know which Tartans you have, I'll update those as well. The Diet Rite is an R0 - d700-7a is the generation id. I've added it to the site.
Lance: Thanks! The off-grade diet lemon lime is the same can as the one you have on your site. The low cal root beer is a new 10oz variation! The two large Shasta low cals are now R2's. The Tease was yours as well! Don't worry about the Tom Moore photo - I saw it on the website.

The Del Monty has different spacing, color, wording under the Sheild. The Franks root beer like faded R0 in book & list. The green Franks has no contents at bottom but at side.

Re: Photo Gallery of R0 Soda Cans
The Green Mission like the one in book & on list as a R0. The Mission Orange just says Carbonated, not Non Carbonated like in book. It's on list so more then one counting mine. The Old Keg I don't think is in book or on list a new R0 possibly? LEON.

Bill:
The Tops n' Pop orange is now an R2 - thanks!
VNV:
The pre-zip Pepsi Passover can is now an R2 - thanks!
Leon: Thanks!
Thanks - I think the Del Monte can is D260-4. It looks the same.
I updated the Franks root beer as an R1 and added the ginger ale as a new R0.
The Mission lemon lime looks like M520-5. The carbonated orange drink is M520-8 and has been updated to an R1.
I've added the Old Keg as an R0.
The low cal Shasta orange is another example of S420-22.
The Tartan ginger ale is now an R1. These pics include Gary's cans. I wish I was the one who bought them!
Thanks,
Dave

Re: Photo Gallery of R0 Soda Cans
Dave,
Did a quick look and saw these:
I found a second Canada Dry Orange CT with silver shield to match the one on the shelf.
I didn't see the Donald Duck RB paper label CT (pictured in the NPPC article that I did on soda cones last year)?

Re: Photo Gallery of R0 Soda Cans
The Can A Pop like C120-8, Similar to first one on page 39 except soda in small metallic letters. The Canada Dry Grape is 2 face like C160-5 on page #42 except contents in silver metallic instead of white & color is a real dark purple metallic instead of what looks like a light pinkisk purple solid non metalic color on book can. Re: Photo Gallery of R0 Soda Cans
The 2 Rooti's I assume are common overlooked cans but did not see them in book. These 2 are zip code pull tab versions similar to the prezip flats pictured in book. Contents different at bottom. The only differance between the 2 pictured is very minor, one has a red circled R for Registered after ROOTI name & the other doesn't. LEON.
