14, 15 and 16oz cans needed for USBC II Supplement

#1

Post by keithker »

Jim Wolf continues with his amazing effort to ensure all fellow can collecting hobbyists have the best and most updated details on pull tab cans. Here is the current list of 14, 15 and 16oz cans that are still needed. If you're heading to Canvention and see one on you're shelves, please bring it with so Jim can get it added. If it is on the list and he doesn't get it photographed, an updated version will come out so just keep an eye on when and where Jim will be at future shows to image you cans.......some might be in the book but don't have all five images....Jim wants to take the guess work out of exactly what that can might be.......

Did I miss the 12 ounce list and 10 ounce list, or have those not been posted yet?

Think I have a couple of cans that will help out with this. Will check this evening when I get home.

While the 14-15-16 oz. cans are almost complete, the 10-11-12 cans are barely started with less than 15% complete. Once we get over 90%, we will provide a list of the needed cans. Flat tops are over 80% and most of those remaining are truly rare.

Also, if any of you have cans not captured in the supplement, we are looking for thos as well. I think we are over 15% new 14-15-16 oz. cans added in the supplement and I am finding more at every show I go to. A lot of these are minor variations, but some are cans produced at the end of the tab era in the late 70s or early 80s that never got into the book.

Kudos to Jim for his efforts.
