This can was originally found as an oil can with a handle and spout. Art LaComb expertly returned it back to its glory as a quart cone top.
It displays wonderfully, and is a super rare quart. Looking to get $1750, which includes shipping.

I assume the spout was located on the cone?

The spout is from a Wagner's Brake Fluid can (made by Crown Cork & Seal, just like the Chester). Here are some pics.

That is awesome. Yea, I have a spare wagner spout just waiting for a project like that.

So glad the maker of this monstrosity didn't poke a hole in the label for the spout.
