The Chapter looks forward to seeing each and everybody at this amazing event.....we hope you are able to volunteer and help work at the Chapter table during the Canvention. Here are the dates and times available. The goal is to have two people at all times at the table with the task of drafting new members, updating current members that owes dues, sell raffle tickets, sell t-shirts and ball caps, and offer chances to win cans at the punchboards.

All volunteers names will be placed into a drawing for each time they volunteer and we assure you that a great can will be awarded

Count me in for the glamorous 13:00 to 14:00 shift Thursday and Friday. Always good to make myself take a mid-day break. That plus I enjoy working the table and hanging out with the Rusty Brothers for a little while.

I arrive Thursday night after registration is closed and my shift on Friday would begin before registration opens. I hope there will not be an issue manning the table?!?

Likely because the BCCA meeting is Friday morning and trade floor does not open until 11am or around then. As for chapter tables, they are setup outside of the trade floor of a public hotel, can't see there being any issues helping at the RB table.

We have close to 40 people going to the RB meeting and by my count can only muster 13 people to man the table? Really?

Please sign up quickly so the guys running this can turn their attention elsewhere where it is needed.
I will volunteer to fill in some slots where there are gaps we can't fill. I will also help out GimmeGipps but I will have to go register for the show when the BCCA table opens.
