Spring thaw take
What a TOTALLY Awesome show! If you didn't make it you really owe it to yourself to go next year! Thanx to Jeff Lebo, Larry Handy and Gary for making it probably one the best shows I have ever been to as far as show organization. All the I's were dotted and all the T's crossed. Great job guyz!!!! As far as my pick ups the 7-11 is the Norfolk variation aquired from Oliver(heymabelblacklabel). Old Virginia Special was won at the Rusty Bunch meeting. Drewerys bock, Meister braus, Bally, and Old Mil were from Neil Kanetzke(conesplus) in a trade. Old St louis and Stag were from Ted Wolf. A1 Bock was from Jim Romine and last but by far not least the Golden Rod ale was from Bob Reid. Not a whole lot of aquisitions but with the couple of heavy hitters I had one of my best shows ever! Re: Spring thaw take
I fully agree with those statements!!! Shows are hard enough to organize and my opinion Jeff, Gary, Larry and all other volunteers went above and beyond. So many fine details all pulled off perfectly. Most enjoyable show for me since 2004. Heck, going to be easy decision to make this permanent RB spring show, and frankly better and cheaper than past Dallas convention.Copperhead wrote:What a TOTALLY Awesome show! Seemed like "who's who" of the RB, getting to chat face-to-face instead of sitting behind forum. Enjoyed chatting with you Chip, and lets start planning for Spring Thaw 2016
