Spring Thaw Build Up Is Over!

#1

Post by MI-Cans »

Everybody,

We've all heard the build up to the BIG show. I think I remember the word EPIC being thrown around. All I can say is, on behalf of those of us that are unable to attend, there better be an EPIC amount of pictures posted!!!

Dan, you might even want to create a separate forum to accommodate the volume of pictures that we expect to be posted from this humongous event!

I will give a Rep Point to whoever posts the most pictures! (Can I do that? Sure I can. It's legal)

Regardless, hope y'all have a great time, find that perfect item you're looking for and above all, stay safe and look out for one another!

Not only do we need pictures of the show, we need pictures of the Rusty Bunch event at Jeff Lebo's house. Unless of course a certain male member of this forum who will go nameless starts walking around without his shirt on. No need to post those pictures. :)
Focus: Cones and flats from Michigan, South Bend, and Fort Wayne. Foreign cans only if I bought them myself in the country of origin.

My request for pictures was all inclusive! The Show, Room To Room, Hospitality, Dinners, Meetings, Trade Floor, Jeff's House, Acquisitions, Shirtless, Passed Out and anything else I've forgotten!

Charge those batteries in those cameras and in all those cell phones...

Nothing like going east to find something coveted out west. Picked this up a little while ago. Image

Looking for a specific copper Drewrys Taurus can with smoke damage and top lid 1/2 cut out. Will pay or trade an upgrade for the can. (Sentimental attachment from my grade school days)

Why drive 12 hour one way to dig Pre-Tax Tru Blu ales, Genny 12 Horse Longopeners, Gamecock Ales, Apollos, Neuweilers Bock, and Krueger’s Baldies when you can locally drive 10 hours round trip and dig Pfeiffer, Goebel, Drewrys and Strohs?

The temperature has fallen deep into the 40s and the rains have opened up. Tomorrow it'll rain again -- but the high will be 71. And Saturday will be sunny and 63. The hotel is full of beer can collectors. This is the best room-to-room I've seen in a few years.
