Boardmans Beer Stuff

Post by Boardman »

Well it took a couple of days to clean out the slag from my room (plus the boxes from John that will get mailed to him) and only a couple trips back home and to get my eyes focused to post here. You know that we have great people in the national organization when the new prez helps you back to your room after the blow out banquet. Tom will be great! Had a good time with past prez Al and enjoyed his time at our place in PDX.

This ride was one for the history books - so many thanks esp to Rich and Sharron, the Cascade and the people from Rainier CH for their commitment and dedication to this event - they made it really happen. To all of you this missed this west (too far away show) I need to quote B Dave of the canv committee "ppplllffff"

Here is most of what I picked up - will try to credit where possible:
new girls from Dave L

Some alum and micros - vanity sticker lid on the CanV can! The Crowler is from Board man Orygun - had to have it!

Now that my phone is updating, will try to post to the other threads.

Hope to see you all back Cleveland (rocks)

Somebody at Tennant's really had a thing for Christy. I wonder where she is now and if she has all 8 of her cans like you do?

The Christy cans are all test cans, none of them were ever marketed. Probably they were trying to decide which pose of her they liked best. Tough to get one of those, very tough to get all 8 of them at once!

Great stuff Board-dude! Sounds like it was a great show and a good stumble home at least once right? The quart is Stunning and the 15 oz blitz is so cool, great condition there... and What is the story with the CV 11 oz.

My last night was a bit of a blow out, the other nights I was generally focused on help with show. The 11 oz CV is from Brew Corp of Portland (Blitz) and was a nice upgrade for me. The 8oz Pikes Peak is the nicest around.
